Hello :) thank you so much for your interest in my services! I am a home-based esthi in Monterey Park, I have been in the industry for 13 years. With many different experiences that include; full body waxing, celebrity clientele, eyebrow transformation, and clinical skin care. In the last 3 years, I decided to start working for myself. I enjoy providing my clients with results. During 2020, all small businesses have had struggles. Especially in the beauty industry. With the struggles have come new changes, as well as reenforced policies: •All appointments will require a credit card to hold the appointment, your credit card will not be charged unless the cancellation fees apply, or the day of the completed service. •I have a 48-hr cancellation policy, anyone cancelling within the 48hrs will be charged 50% their service(s). •All same-day cancellations will be charged the 50% of the service(s) + a $40 restocking fee. •I am a small business, and last minute cancellations are difficult to fill up. Up till now, I have not been charging any fees of the sort. But I cannot afford to continue to do so. & lastly… FOR ANY STUDIO CLIENT: Covid 19 is still a very real issue, especially with the new Omicron variant, there is more need to continue to mask. Other situations and service providers may not require you to wear a mask. But here at CCSKIN, I do. It is for the overall well-being of yourself, and myself, and my family. your mask will be removed for certain services in which it is required to do so. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR VACCINATION CARD AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. •There is no longer use of the bathroom, for sanitation & disinfection purposes. Please make accommodations prior to coming for your appointment. Also, still applicable: YOUR SERVICE MAY BE DECLINED IF YOU’VE PARTICIPATED IN THE FOLLOWING within the last two weeks: •traveled in a plane/bus/train •been in large crowds of people (including outdoor activities such as flea markets, eateries, bbq’s, & protesting), remember, people can be carriers w/o symptoms •been to the hospital where Covid-19 cases were being treated •have come in contact with someone who has/had COVID-19 •if you have had a lingering cough, slight fever, or any signs of sickness! — — — — — FOR WAXING HOUSE CALL INQUIRIES: I am no longer accepting new house call clients. Those already in rotation will continue to be serviced. With businesses reopened and people returning to their daily commutes, the traffic has become difficult to navigate/predict. Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee is charged for any cancellations less than 48hrs of scheduled appointment. A 50% cancellation fee + $40 restocking fee is charged for same day cancellations or no-shows. Cosmetic tattoo appointments, all deposits are non-refundable, and you will be charged accordingly.
